Charity Cycle Ride

The idea is to raise money for the club to move and half of the takings will go to

Candles the local cancer charity.

The clubs we are going to and the date we should arrive there:

·        Tuesday, Sleaford, Spalding and Boston (45.60 miles)

·        Wednesday, Skegness and Horncastle (44.70 miles)

·        Thursday, Market Rasen and Grimsby (40 miles)

·          Friday, Scunthorpe and Gainsborough (43.52 miles)

·        Saturday, back to Lincoln before kickoff (21.17 miles)

We need someone to sponsor the whole event I was thinking a sports shop inter sport

would be a good idea too tall and Rolfy both work there.

We need accommodation either we could stay in the club houses if possible or we need

to find a near by B+B and find costs. The places we are staying the night will be:

·        Boston

·        Horncastle

·        Grimsby

·        Gainsborough

These are some things to be considered

·        Signs with sponsor name on

·        T-shirts?

·        We could do a kicking challenge at each club

·        A sheet of paper a representative from each club can sign to  say we have been there

·        Could collect a club tie from each club

·        Advertisement in the local paper and on the radio

We also need individual sponsor sheets.
